Chilli Cheese Steak Burgers
Today I decided to make chili cheese burgers - with chilis and cheese inside the burgers. My previous attempts at making burgers were okay, but nothing special, so I decided to use the best steak mince I could find in the supermarket this time.
The ingredients are:
- 500g Lean Steak Mince
- 125g Grated Cheese
- 2 Chili Peppers
- 1 Egg
- 3 Wholegrain Buns
The egg was used to hold things together, and needs whisked. The ingredients then are all mixed together in a large bowl and divided up to make 3 burgers. Cook for about 20 minutes in the oven at 200°C.
