Valencian Paella with Tiger Prawns

Yesterday I was really in the mood for Spanish food. I went out and bought all of the ingredients for paella, and a couple of bottles of Spanish wine. I didn't get round to cooking it until this afternoon. The ingredients I used were the same as Valencian paella, but with tiger prawns instead of rabbit. Here is the final product:
